Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website www.tradelics.com (the “Website”), operated by Mauricio Wells, sole trader operating under the product name Tradelics (“Tradelics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website itself. They do not govern:

  • your use of the Tradelics desktop software — governed by the End User License Agreement;
  • the purchase of a Tradelics licence — governed by the terms of sale of Link, LLC (Lemon Squeezy), our reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases, together with our own Refund Policy;
  • how we process personal data — governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

The Website’s content — text, graphics, screenshots, the Tradelics name and logo, and its overall design — is owned by Tradelics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law, unless stated otherwise.

Tradelics® is a registered European Union trade mark (EUTM No. 019354433, registered with the EUIPO).

You may view and print pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content — including the Tradelics name or logo — requires our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its underlying systems, or any connected infrastructure;
  • interfere with the Website’s normal operation, for example through scraping at a disruptive scale, injecting malicious code, or overloading our servers;
  • submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form.

4. Third-Party Links & Content

The Website links to third-party services we do not control, including the Microsoft Store, our checkout provider Lemon Squeezy, and embedded YouTube videos (see our Privacy Policy for how those embeds work). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties, and linking to them is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

5. No Warranty for Website Content

The Website and its content are provided “as is”, for general informational purposes. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or arising from injury to life, body, or health. For damages caused by ordinary negligence, we are liable only where an essential contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) is breached, and in that case limited to the loss typically foreseeable at the time the Website was accessed. This limitation does not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Website or applicable law. The version published here is the one currently in effect; the “Last updated” date at the top marks the most recent revision.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumers residing in the EU may also bring claims before the courts of their country of domicile.
