Is Tradelics a subscription?
No. Tradelics is a one-time purchase — €79 as part of the current Launch Offer for the first 100 customers (regular price will be €149 afterward). There’s no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal of any kind. Everything is included. See our Updates & Upgrades page for the full policy.
Does my data go to the cloud?
Never. Tradelics runs entirely on your computer. Your trade history, strategies, and broker credentials are stored locally and encrypted with AES-256. Nothing is transmitted to any server.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a free 14-day trial is available via the Microsoft Store, no email, card, or account required. On top of that, every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Is Tradelics safe to download and install?
Yes. Tradelics is distributed through the Microsoft Store, which verifies the publisher’s identity and ensures the installer hasn’t been tampered with before it reaches you — the same protection Windows gives any Store app.
Compatibility
What brokers and platforms are supported?
Direct sync for MT4, MT5, cTrader, Kraken, and NinjaTrader. CSV import works with any broker — TradingView, FTMO, Bybit, and more. A custom mapping wizard handles any format we don’t detect automatically.
Do I need an internet connection?
Not for everyday use — journaling, analytics, and reporting all work fully offline. You’ll need a connection for license activation, for live exchange-rate updates if you trade in multiple currencies, and to sync with cTrader or Kraken, which both connect via API. MT4, MT5, and NinjaTrader sync locally and don’t need internet at all.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
Not yet. Tradelics currently runs on Windows 10 and 11. Mac and Linux versions are in development and will be available in a future release.
Can I use Tradelics for prop firm accounts?
Yes. You can add any trading account — live, demo, or prop firm challenge. Track your prop accounts alongside personal accounts and analyze them separately or together.

Why €79 instead of €149?
Tradelics is currently in public beta. To thank the first 100 customers who take a chance on a young, independent product, the license is offered at a Launch Offer price of €79, with every new feature free for 5 years instead of the standard 12 months. After the Launch Offer ends, the regular price will be €149.
Can I buy Tradelics right now?

Why does my card statement say Lemon Squeezy?
Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and merchant of record — they handle the checkout, receipt, and card charge on our behalf. Your purchase and license are still 100% Tradelics; Lemon Squeezy just processes the payment securely.
What does the license include?
One license activates Tradelics on your machine via a license key. Every feature is included — there are no locked tiers or paid add-ons.
Can I use it across multiple computers?
Yes. The license allows installation on your personal machines. If you need to move to a new computer, simply deactivate the old one and activate the new one.
Will I have to pay again for updates?
Not automatically, no. Every purchase includes a period of feature updates at no extra cost — 5 years for Launch Offer customers, 12 months for standard purchases. Everything you receive during that time is yours to keep, permanently. After it ends, your license keeps working exactly as before. If you want newer features later, you can choose to buy a separate 12-Month Update Pass (€59, one-time) — Tradelics will never charge you again without you starting a new purchase yourself. Does my license expire?
No. Your Tradelics license is perpetual — it doesn’t expire, and it isn’t tied to any subscription.
Will Tradelics stop working if I don’t buy an Update Pass?
No. Tradelics keeps working normally. You simply won’t receive newly released features until you choose to purchase an Update Pass.
What’s included in the Update Pass?
€59 one-time unlocks the current Tradelics feature set and starts a new 12-month feature-update period from your purchase date. It’s optional, doesn’t renew automatically, and you’re never billed without initiating a new purchase yourself. It can be purchased any time, even long after your original update period has expired.
Will I lose features after a Microsoft Store update?
No. Microsoft Store versions of Tradelics may update automatically, but any feature you already own stays available — an update never removes something you’ve already unlocked.
Which fixes remain available without an Update Pass?
Security, reliability, data-integrity, and correctness fixes for the supported Tradelics application remain available to every licensed customer, regardless of Update Pass status.
What does “every new feature free for 5 years” mean for Launch Offer customers?
Every new feature released for the current Tradelics Windows desktop application in your first 5 years from your purchase date is yours at no extra cost. No — it covers feature updates, not ongoing priority support.
