We want you to be completely satisfied with Tradelics. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
If you request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, regardless of how much you have used the Software during that period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at:

- your order number or proof of purchase
- a brief note that you would like a refund (no reason required)
We will process your request promptly and issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. After a Refund
Once a refund has been issued, your license key will be permanently deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the Software. You agree to uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your devices upon receiving the refund.
4. Refunds After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date cannot be accepted. We encourage you to make use of the full 30-day window to evaluate whether Tradelics meets your needs.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a proven technical defect that prevents the Software from functioning as described and that we are unable to resolve — we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund outside of the standard window. Such cases will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive, this right does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Upon completing your purchase, your license key is delivered to you immediately. By requesting delivery of the license key at the time of purchase, you expressly consent to the commencement of delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal lapses upon receipt of the license key.
Please note that you are not required to activate the license key immediately — you may download and activate the Software at any point within 30 days of purchase. However, the 30-day money-back guarantee runs from the date of purchase, not from the date of activation.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is provided voluntarily and is more generous than your statutory rights. It does not affect or replace any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Payment Processing
All purchases and refund transactions are processed by our payment provider. Tradelics does not store your payment details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
