Refund Policy

Licences for Tradelics are sold by Link, LLC, trading as Lemon Squeezy, as reseller and merchant of record. The purchase contract itself is with Lemon Squeezy. Tradelics handles refund requests on the seller’s behalf so that you only ever need one contact — you never need to reach out to Lemon Squeezy yourself.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Tradelics. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on the main licence — no questions asked.
If you request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, regardless of how much you have used the Software during that period.
This guarantee covers the main licence only. It does not cover the optional 12-Month Update Pass — see the Updates & Upgrades page for details on that purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at:

- the email address used at the time of purchase
- your order number or proof of purchase
- a brief note that you would like a refund (no reason required)
We raise the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record for the purchase — you do not need to contact Lemon Squeezy yourself. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. After a Refund
Once a refund has been issued, your license key will be permanently deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the Software. You agree to uninstall and delete all copies of the Software from your devices upon receiving the refund.
4. Refunds After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date cannot be accepted. We encourage you to make use of the full 30-day window to evaluate whether Tradelics meets your needs.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a proven technical defect that prevents the Software from functioning as described and that we are unable to resolve — we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund outside of the standard window. Such cases will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) towards the seller, Lemon Squeezy. It exists independently of, and in addition to, our 30-day guarantee above, and cannot be shortened or waived by this policy.
By law this right may expire early where, at checkout, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the licence key and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Whether that applies to your purchase, and the exact mechanics of it, are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own withdrawal instructions shown to you at checkout — those instructions, not this page, are authoritative on the statutory right.
Separately from that statutory right, our own 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 1) always runs the full 30 days from your purchase date, regardless of when you activate the Software. It is provided voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum. It does not affect or replace any mandatory legal right you may have under applicable law.
6. Payment Processing
All purchases and refund transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our checkout provider and merchant of record. Tradelics does not store your payment details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
